SHIPPING

Orders ship within 5 business days of when payment is received. We offer free shipping within the United States for all orders via USPS priority mail. Please ensure that your address is correct upon ordering so we can ensure accurate information. If USPS returns your package to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for purchasing new postage. Thank you for your understanding. Once your package is mailed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All items come in a silk or cotton decorative gift bag.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All designs are original and handmade, and monetary returns are currently not accepted. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry and it has not been worn or altered in any way, you may return your item for an exchange with another item from our store, within 10 days of shipping the original order. Please request an exchange via email to contact@aumsacredart.com before returning your item, and it must be returned in its original packaging, postage paid.
